Arrival Cairo

Welcome to Cairo! Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your tour manager, who will assist with your transfer to the hotel. After a smooth check-in, take some time to relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.

Egypt Pyramids & Saqqara Tour

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, then join your personal guide to explore the Giza Plateau. Visit the iconic Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the Sphinx and Valley Temple. After a lunch break, head to Saqqara to see the historic Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever built. Overnight in Cairo.

Cairo Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, start your day at the Egyptian Museum to marvel at its fascinating artifacts. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Hanging Church in Coptic Cairo. If time allows, conclude your day with a stroll through Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s famous bazaar. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Cairo to Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

Begin with a pickup from your hotel in Cairo, fly to Aswan & transfer to your Nile Cruise before lunch. After boarding, visit the iconic High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the beautiful Philae Temple. Enjoy lunch and dinner on board, and spend the night docked in Aswan.

Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples - Sail to Luxor

Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions

Start the day with breakfast on board, then head to the West Bank to see the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise for lunch and dinner, spending the night in Luxor.

Luxor Nile Cruise Tours - Back to Cairo

After breakfast on board, visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples. Disembark from the cruise after breakfast and Transfer to Luxor airport to return to your hotel in Cairo for overnight.

Alexandria day trip

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza, followed by a scenic 3-hour drive across the Western Desert to Alexandria. Visit the Catacomb of Kom el-Shokafa, Pompey’s Pillar, enjoy lunch, and see the historic Citadel of Qaitbay from the outside. Return to Cairo.

El Fayoum Day Trip

A Nut Travel representative will pick you up from your hotel for a day exploring El Fayoum. Visit Wadi Hitan (Valley of the Whales), a UNESCO World Heritage site, and Wadi El Rayan Waterfalls. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Cairo.

After enjoying breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for your departure, taking with you wonderful memories of your adventure.

Booking Policy

Embark on your dream tour with our smooth and luxurious terms. Secure your journey with an initial payment of just 25% of the total cost. For festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. We've got all the details covered for you!

Note: Some accommodation facilities may require different payment/cancellation arrangements.

Credit Card Payments

For credit card payments, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.

Refunds

In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method. Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.

Accommodation

Room Rates: Prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms incur an additional charge. Hotels are selected for their quality. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Flights

Domestic Flights: Prices and timings are averages and may change.
International Flights: Competitive rates from your home country to your destination.

Responsibility

We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as weather, wars, or changes by hotels or airlines. Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.

Tipping

Tipping is appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for good service, but it is not obligatory.

Complaints

For any issues during your tour, notify us immediately for quick resolution. If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. If still dissatisfied after returning home, write to Customer Care Management.

Cancellation Fees - Excluding Peak Periods:

*If you need to cancel your trip with Nut Travel, the following charges will apply:

From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

Our flexible cancellation policy ensures peace of mind if the government or airlines issue a NOT TO TRAVEL warning for your destination. In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations. Only flight cancellation/change fees, according to airline terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees on deposits apply.
