Esna to El-Hegz

Board the Iris Dahabiya at Esna and feel the excitement of departure as the vessel slips away from the dock and the open Nile stretches out before you. After a warm welcome from the crew and a refreshing drink on deck, enjoy lunch as the Iris sails southward toward El-Hegz. Spend the first evening anchored on the river, watching the sun descend behind the western cliffs in a blaze of color.

Disembark at El Kab, where the ancient walled city and its surrounding rock-cut tombs offer a haunting and rarely visited glimpse into Egypt's earliest dynastic period. The painted tomb chambers here are among the finest examples of New Kingdom funerary art outside of Luxor. Booking Policy

Embark on your dream tour with our smooth and luxurious terms. Secure your journey with an initial payment of just 25% of the total cost. For festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. We've got all the details covered for you!

For credit card payments, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.

Refunds

In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method. Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.

Responsibility

We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as weather, wars, or changes by hotels or airlines. Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.

Tipping

Tipping is appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for good service, but it is not obligatory.

For any issues during your tour, notify us immediately for quick resolution. If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. If still dissatisfied after returning home, write to Customer Care Management.

From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.
