This 7-day Easter package is designed for travelers who want to experience Egypt's most iconic destinations, explore world-famous archaeological sites, and enjoy a relaxing journey along the legendary Nile River — all with the comfort of private transfers, a dedicated Egyptologist guide, and hand-picked accommodations.

Your journey begins in Cairo, where you are greeted at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The following day is devoted to the Giza Plateau — the three Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple — before an afternoon at the Grand Egyptian Museum, the world's largest museum of ancient Egyptian artifacts. Tutankhamun's golden treasures, royal statues, and millennia of history fill its vast halls. A walk through the atmospheric Khan El Khalili bazaar rounds off a memorable first full day.

On Day 3, you fly to Aswan and embark on your Nile cruise. The afternoon takes you to three of Aswan's headline sights: the High Dam, an engineering marvel that reshaped the Nile Valley; the Unfinished Obelisk, a window into ancient quarrying methods; and the Philae Temple, a beautifully preserved sanctuary to the goddess Isis set on its own island.

Sailing northward over the next two days, you visit the Kom Ombo temple complex with its unique dual dedication to Sobek and Horus, and the Temple of Horus at Edfu — one of the best-preserved temples in the entire country. Arriving in Luxor, the cruise becomes your floating hotel as you explore the West Bank's Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's terraced temple, and the Colossi of Memnon, followed by the East Bank's legendary Karnak and Luxor Temples.

After disembarking on Day 6, you fly back to Cairo for a final night before your international departure on Day 7. Throughout the tour, all domestic flights, entrance fees, private transfers, and most meals are included.

Booking Policy

Embark on your dream tour with our smooth and luxurious terms. Secure your journey with an initial payment of just 25% of the total cost. For festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. We've got all the details covered for you!

Credit Card Payments

For credit card payments, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.

Refunds

In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method. Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.

Accommodation

Room Rates: Prices are based on double occupancy. Single rooms incur an additional charge. Hotels are selected for their quality. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Domestic Flights: Prices and timings are averages and may change.
International Flights: Competitive rates from your home country to your destination.

Responsibility

We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as weather, wars, or changes by hotels or airlines. Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.

Tipping

Tipping is appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for good service, but it is not obligatory.

Complaints

For any issues during your tour, notify us immediately for quick resolution. If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. If still dissatisfied after returning home, write to Customer Care Management.

Cancellation Fees - Excluding Peak Periods:

*If you need to cancel your trip with Nut Travel, the following charges will apply:

From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.

Cancellation Fees for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacations period:

From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 25% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 75% cancellation fee of the total tour price
Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.

In such cases, we will refund your tour package payment or provide a travel credit and voucher for future use at any of our destinations. Only flight cancellation/change fees, according to airline terms and conditions, and bank surcharge fees on deposits apply.
