A representative from Nut Travel will pick you up from your hotel in Hurghada and take you on an unforgettable day trip to Mahmya Island. After a one-hour boat ride aboard one of the two Mahmya boats, you'll arrive at this beautiful location just off the coast of Hurghada. As a Protected Area, the coral reefs and marine life here remain perfectly intact, with boats mooring at buoys before small boats take you ashore.
Once on the island, enjoy an array of activities — snorkeling around vibrant coral reefs, strolling along sandy beaches, playing beach volleyball, or simply relaxing by the crystal-clear waters. For the kids, there's an Aqua Trampoline and free Wi-Fi available in the Lounge Area. For festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Easter, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled either prior to your arrival or in cash upon your arrival. Credit Card Payments
For credit card payments, we kindly request a signed authorization letter. This letter allows us to charge your card in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please ensure the signature matches the one on your card and passport.
Refunds
In line with our terms and conditions, refunds will be processed promptly via the original payment method. Please note that no-show reservations are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 6% bank fee deduction.
Responsibility
We are not liable for issues beyond our control, such as weather, wars, or changes by hotels or airlines. Extra costs due to these factors are not covered.
Tipping
Tipping is appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for good service, but it is not obligatory.
Complaints
For any issues during your tour, notify us immediately for quick resolution. If unresolved, contact our Customer Care Manager during your tour. If still dissatisfied after returning home, write to Customer Care Management.

- From booking date until 61 days prior to arrival: A 15% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
- Between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival: A 35% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
- Between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
- Within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Note: Additionally, airlines may impose extra fees based on their terms and conditions, and a 6% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.
